I was emailed by Mr and Mrs Woffinden in Barnsley to advise on how best to prepare the falls on their balcony in readiness to be insulated and sealed by their roofer.

I took a look at the area for them and advised a falling screed starting at 75mm down to 60mm into the drainage.

All went well and the roofer was able to insulate and seal the balcony at the weekend making the Woffinden’s job so much faster.
